December 1990, the UNCMI (National Builders
Association) approved building contract guarantees
each stage of your project:
- Guaranteed Price and Deadline
- Quality Guarantee (Valid for one year from delivery)
- Two Year Guarantee
- Ten Year Guarantee
- Undertaking to respect all the rules of professional code of conduct
Damage repair insurance. You can mandate us to take
the necessary steps on your behalf to obtain this
obligatory “dommage-ouvrage” insurance. The cost is
always included in the price
